Our focus

VAR uses assistive technology (low tech pictures or high-tech communication devices) to teach individuals how to communicate.

We provde training for parents and providers. Having the whole family involved increases the rate of success. We encourage and promote team building as an invaluable resource.

We refer families to resources in our community that will help guide parents through the process of raising a child on the spectrum or with similar disabilities.
